These broadcast spray tips are offered in either polymer, ceramic, stainless steel or brass and come with VisiFlo color-coding in 80° and 110° spray angles. They provide exceptional spray distribution over an extensive range of pressures from 15–60 PSI. As a great fit for rigs equipped with sprayer controllers, this kind of nozzle helps to minimize drift at lower pressures with improved coverage at higher pressures. They have automatic spray alignment with 25612-*-NYR Quick TeeJet cap and gasket. There’s automatic spray alignment for sizes 10 and 15 with 25610-*-NYR Quick TeeJet cap and gasket.
There are some limitations with certain materials. Ceramic is available with corrosive resistant polypropylene VisiFlo color-coded tip holder in 80° capacities of 03–08 and 110° capacities of 02–08. Brass is available in 110° spray angle style only. XR110025 only available in VisiFlo ceramic. XR80025 and XR80035 only available in VisiFlo stainless steel.
