This spray truck was designed with the following features:

Made to apply herbicide on and around guardrails to control vegetation growth, this spray truck includes a front-mounted electronic actuating spray boom. The boom is specially made to change positions including tilting, with horizontal and vertical shifts. It also boasts a 24" horizontal extension. The height of the boom can be adjusted between 36" and 56".

The in-cab control unit has GPS spray control, allowing for specific targeting of herbicides as required for roadside maintenance. A hose reel control and breaker box was custom designed and built by our in-house electrical team. Electronic valve controls and calibration control valves are connected to the TeeJet injection pumps. A knife valve with ground level control knob was also part of the design.

Additional features of the truck design are an all-welded heavy-duty aluminum flatbed, 725 gallon baffled polyethylene horizontal leg tank, and electric rewind hose reel. There are 3 removable tanks, (2) 25 gallon and (1) 7.5 gallon. A secondary pump was installed for filling the tank from lakes or streams. Additional items were included for the convenience and safety of the user such as above and below bed toolboxes, gas can holder, LED DOT lighting with arrowboard and safety strobes, and a fold-up ladder.
